Daily meditations made fresh each morning for your stage, your mood, and what you wrote last night. Two minutes of journaling. One session that finally fThe trying-to-conceive months. The first trimester nausea you can't talk about yet. The 3 AM postpartum spiral. Every season of becoming a mother carries its own weight, and a single meditation library can't meet you in all of them.

My Maternal Mind is different. Every morning, the app generates a meditation made for you. Your stage. Your mood. What you wrote in your journal last night. Two minutes of reflection. One session that finally feels like someone understood.

What you get

Daily personalised meditations. Generated overnight for your local morning, shaped by your current stage (trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum), the duration you prefer (5, 10, or 15 minutes), and what you reflected on the day before. No template playlists.

Two-minute journaling prompts. The app asks how you're feeling and lets you write as briefly or as much as you want. Your entries stay private. Used only to personalise tomorrow's session.

Weekly journey updates. A reflection each Sunday morning about what often comes up at your point in the journey, written like a knowing friend who's been through this. No headlines, no symptom checklists, just honest perspective.

Stage-specific affirmations. Three new ones each day that fit where you are. Save the ones that land, skip the ones that don't. The app learns over time.

A wellness toolkit. Pre-authored breathing and grounding exercises for the moments you need something right now, not a 10-minute session.

Progress that's actually useful. Streaks, mood trends, sessions completed. Lightly motivating, not anxiety-inducing.

What you don't get

No ads. No social feed. No comparison. No "what to expect" symptom panic. No medical advice. This is a wellness companion, not a doctor.

Your journal stays yours. We don't train models on your entries, sell your data, or share it with third parties. The app integrates with Apple Health (optional) to log your Mindful Minutes. That's the only data leaving the app.

Who it's for

Anyone navigating the trying-to-conceive, pregnant, or postpartum journey who's tired of apps that pretend every woman feels the same way at week 18 or month 6. If you've muted the bumpdate threads and unsubscribed from the "your baby is the size of a..." emails, you might find this one different.
